Our current LED-Check, now available as Version 4.1, is a colour measuring system which is capable of carrying out up to 250 simultaneous individual measurements. LED-Check measures the HSI-values (Hue, Saturation and Intensity) of regularly positioned points on a reflecting surface, or of those from light emitting objects. LED-Check is a highly precise system which allows for a reliable inspection and sorting of LED’s. The system is well established and has found world wide application in the automobile industry for LED classification

Our LED-Check features a comfortable user interface: just the selection of the first three points of the grid is necessary and the whole pattern will be learned automatically by the program. You can choose to operate LED-Check as a stand alone system (single or multi-camera), are as an OEM component built in to your own TCP/IP or RS 232 unit.
