The product is automatically labelled and packaged. Our vision system is able to check labels on product boxes, before they are moved by robots to containers for delivery. In addition, the product boxes (max. 90 boxes per minute) can be separated, inspected and, if need be, sorted out from the rest. |

In the process of which, our Smart Cameras also check:

The presence and seating (i.e. orientation and position) of labels.
- The presence of and integrity of lids.
- The orientation of the box on the conveyor belt
Product boxes which do not conform to the required specifications will be automatically sorted out by our system. By allowing the Smart Cameras to control these factors, it is possible to conclude that the condition of the boxes’ contents will thus meet the required standards. However, if required, the condition of the box contents can be additionally controlled.
