The rewinder for this process has an integrated Vision System, which strengthens its suitability as a high-value control machine employed for the inspection of labels. In the event of production error, the production lane, following a signal exchange with the rewinder, is automatically stopped; the faulty production unit is then trafficked to a position where a production worker is on hand.
