Vision Components® celebrated "Smart Vision Days"

On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, Vision Components® invited users, customers and prospective customers to a celebration at Ettlingen Castle on June 13, 2006. The company presented a series of lectures about Smart Camera applications and offered basic seminars on image processing. Michael Engel, founder and managing director of Vision Components®, held a press conference in which he gave an overview of the company's development and answered questions about the company structure, technological developments and market trends. More than 80 guests took part in the informative event. An in-house exhibition about the latest developments in image processing also attracted much interest.

On June 14, Vision Components® offered a guided tour of the company's facilities and the camera production line at Fieger Elektronic GmbH. The celebration concluded with a visit of the exhibition “The Algorithmic Revolution – On The History Of Interactive Art” at Karlsruhe's Center for Art and Media.
