EyeSpector is the synergy from one of the most efficient Smart Camera hardware at the market available the VC40xx series and a very high performance software System the EyeVision software which is ported to this hardware platform. The software was developed in such a way that even the layman can solve most image processing tasks in a few hours. The consistent adjustment on a simple programming by drag and drop, this makes it possible to generate an image processing solution without writing a line of code.
The graphic Programming covers all ranges of application, from the process
coupling to the machine over the controlling of the lighting up to the
exchange of the determined measuring and inspection results over the different
interfaces of the system. The efficient communication instructions were
extended to the fact, that communication with robots can be simply realized
so that EyeSpector Systems are simply used for Robot Vision solutions.
In addition, an efficient optionally available 3D command set rounds the
RobotVision requests; these are also simply applicable in the measuring
and inspection solutions. In the software are approx. over 400 optionally
available graphic programming instructions. Additional to this very powerful
instruction set, a high performance BASIC interpreter EVB (Eye Vision BASIC)
with full library access is integrated into the software. With this tool
it is easy to add additional functionality e.g. to the communication protocols
or even programming vision solutions.
