RMA number now issued through VC website |

All customers can now issue their RMA numbers online prior to shipping a camera for repair. Contacting Vision Components for obtaining an RMA number is no longer required. Please follow these steps to obtain an RMA number:
- Follow this link (or the spanner symbol on the VC Support page) to access the RMA request form
- Test carefully if your camera has a software or hardware problem. If in doubt, contact VC Support.
- Fill in the camera details, the fault description and your contact details. Please specify the fault description as detailed as possible.
- Select your VC Smart Camera distributor or dealer - this will automatically tell you the correct shipping address.
- Submit your RMA request.
- Print out the summary page and include it with your camera shipment.
- Use the browser back button to save time when obtaining more than one RMA number. Remember to update the camera details and fault description in this case.
- An email summary will be send to the email address specified.
This RMA tool soon offers more usefull features: - Less data to fill in - after loging in your details are automatically inserted.
- Tracking of your camera repair - after loging in the status of each camera repair is displayed (received, repaired, sent back, etc.)
