The Motoman-Robot picks the fish from the conveyor and puts it into the box. The Pictomat performs these tasks:
• Detection of position and rotation of the fish
• Transfer of conveyor coordinates and rotation angle to the Motoman-Robot
• Transfer of the placing coordinates in the box to the Motoman-Robot
• Charging control |
Image acquisition, coordinate calculation and data transfer run SIMULTANIOUSLY. This provides a high number of inspections.
