Many industrial products are marked and refined by using methods similar to that of the tampon printing process. The method is, however, sensitive to small material discrepancies and characteristics, colour viscosity and solvent effects which can lead to abnormal print results. Once an incorruptible functioning, affordable inspection system has been built into the process, the cause of error for abnormal printing can be immediately established, meaning that the negative repercussions for product quality can be avoided.
