The "VC SDK-Ti" from Vision Components already includes a full Code Composer Studio 2.1 development licence including a 15 month free upgrade period.

After registration of the CCS Service Code on the My Ti Website - use the "Update Advisor" in the help menue of CCS - the full CCS 3.1 licence can be ordered above.
