The Motoman-Robot picks the fish from the conveyor and puts it into the box. The Pictomat performs these tasks:
• Detection of position and rotation of the fish
• Transfer of conveyor coordinates and rotation angle to the Motoman-Robot
• Transfer of the placing coordinates in the box to the Motoman-Robot

Bei der Herstellung von Dekor-Papieren werden diese in zwei bis fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten mit Mustern bedruckt: Nach jedem Farbauftragen muss das nur 70 µm (0,07 mm) dünne Papier getrocknet werden bevor die nächste Farbe aufgetragen werden kann. Dadurch variiert die Breite der Papierbahn. Das FiberVision Messsystem kontrolliert das Eigenspannungsverhalten der Papiere, sowie die jeweilige Breite nach einem Trocknungsvorgang.
