For this you can either print out the summary sheet displayed or the corresponding email sent to the specified address.

Shipping Address:
Depending on your country of residence, please select the correct entry (from within or outside the European Union), or we may not get your shipment through customs!

Repair Costs:
VC processes warranty repairs free of charge (covering manufacturing and material faults � excluding user damage) for a period of 2 years after the date of purchase.
Even after the expiry of the warranty period, Vision Components repairs manufacturing and material faults for a cost contribution of only 50€ per camera repair - including parts and labor. This extended warranty is valid for a period of another 3 years (up to 5 years after the date of purchase).

Hardware- or Software fault?
Please only send cameras with a proven hardware fault.
Please test carefully that the fault observed is not due to a software error:

Communication problems are often due to wrong settings (IP addresses, etc.). Please refer to the appendix of the �Getting Started VC�� guide!
Suspected flash faults are usually programming errors.
Please exclude faults due to defect accessories and 3rd party equipment!
Test the camera with VC demo programs, using the same functionality!
When compiling code, ensure you are using a compatible setup (Compiler-, library- and camera operating system version).
Vision Components can only accept repair shipments from direct customers. If you have not purchased the camera from Vision Components, please contact your point of sales!
Please also check the �Knowledge Base" for known errors, advice and test programs prior to shipping a camera!
Contact VC Support, in case a hardware fault is uncertain!
Cameras that do not show any hardware fault at the VC service center incur an inspection fee of 50€ plus return shipment costs. This fee is waived in case VC Support requested the camera shipment.
