For returning goods for repair or replacement, an mandatory RMA number is automatically generated after filling in the RMA or return form on our website. All collected personal and product related data with this form are necessary to accomplish a repair or replacement. Forwarding of data

It is our intention to obtain personal information only by fair and lawful means, and to use the personal data to service your needs and requests. We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so all analytics data remains with us and is not shared.
