Eligibility and entry

Open to visitors of VISION 2026 aged 18 and over. To enter, complete an entry card and place it in the box at the Vision Components booth, Hall 8, Booth 8C31. One entry per person. Entry is free and does not require any purchase.

Wednesday 7 October 2026, 5 pm

How winners are selected?

The three winners are drawn at random from all entry cards placed in the box. The draw takes place live from that box in the food court at the Vision Components anniversary party on the evening of 7 October 2026. The answers given on the card do not affect the chance of winning.

Presence required.

Winners are called by name at the party, from 7 pm onwards. Prizes are handed over in person only. If a winner does not come forward within five minutes of being called, another card is drawn.

Prizes

1. Prize: a breakfast or food delivery for the winner's team, reimbursed by Vision Components up to €200.
2. Prize: €75 towards an order at Mouser Electronics, reimbursed against invoice.

3. Prize: a VC bundle to the value of €50, consisting of a T-shirt, a microfibre cloth and a figure.

Redeeming the 1st prize

The winner orders the delivery themselves and submits the receipt to by 31 March 2027. Vision Components reimburses the documented cost of food, non-alcoholic drinks and delivery, up to €200. Alcohol is not reimbursed. Reimbursement is made to the company that paid; where the winner paid privately, reimbursement is made to the winner. No payment is made without a receipt for a team food delivery.

Redeeming the 2nd prize

The winner places an order at Mouser Electronics and submits the invoice to by 31 March 2027. Vision Components reimburses up to €75. This is not a Mouser Electronics voucher, and Vision Components is not affiliated with Mouser Electronics.

Exclusions

Employees of Vision Components GmbH, affiliated companies and participating agencies, and their relatives, are excluded from the draw. Vision Components may exclude entries in case of manipulation.

General

No cash alternative, no exchange, no transfer. Legal recourse is excluded. Participants are asked to check whether accepting the prize is compatible with their employer's policies.

Tax

Any tax due on the prize is borne by the winner, unless Vision Components accounts for it at a flat rate under section 37b of the German Income Tax Act. Vision Components will inform the winner which applies.

Privacy Policy

The controller is Vision Components GmbH, Ottostraße 2, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany. The data provided on the entry card is processed solely to run the prize draw and to identify winners, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Entry cards are destroyed after the event. Contact details of the winners are processed to hand over and settle the prizes. Data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
