Terms of Repair Every camera is scrutinized after receipt. Since VC Smart Cameras are high-end-products, this analysis is very complex.
Please observe: If you send products free from defects without contacting our support in advance, we have to charge 115 €/149 US$ (plus return costs) due to the complex repair test (also during warranty period).
Please fill out the following questionnaire as detailed as possible, this will speed up the repair considerably! If you are sending in multiple cameras, please fill out an extra form for each camera. Thank you!
Warranty
Of course, we repair your VC MIPI Camera Module at no charge during the first two years. (This is only valid regarding manufacturing or material defects, damages due to customer mishandling are excluded.)
Repair on T&M basis
Repairs of VC MIPI camera modules damaged by improper handling will be charged according to material and costs. For this purpose, we will automatically provide you with a cost estimate. This is based on time and material costs.
